Look, I’m not stalking you but I hadn’t finished reading all of your blog. When you say “no obvious sign of Blackberry’s” something in my head scrapes like a rusty chainsaw in a car crash. I know this may play to your “it doesn’t matter and they know what I mean blah” but… in one word you’ve managed three (3) errors, viz: (bit of Latin for you) it shouldn’t be capitalised; there shouldn’t be a possesive apostrophe; it’s a plural of “blackberry” which is spelled “blackberries”.

You’re right. I have too much time on my hands.

You remind me of the time I spoke to my primary daughter’s school teacher to ask about her reading. Coco, for it was that clown, told me that he believed that children of that age would learn to read “by a process of osmosis”. I looked it up. Osmosis is the process by which a liquid, usually water, passes through a semi-permeable membrane to mix with another liquid of higher concentration, eventually equalizing concentration.

I moved her to another school.
